Three kinds of people are forming
Everyone thinks they are the third type.
Twelve questions. No sliders, no self ratings, no way to game it politely. Two minutes and you will know which one you actually are.
The Purist
They saw where this was going and walked the other way. Paper notebook, garden, a certain pride in the refusal. The instinct is sound and the arithmetic is brutal. In ten years they will be right about everything and in charge of nothing.
The Automaton
Four dashboards open before the first coffee. MRR checked at 6am from bed, screen time report ignored on purpose.
Every half thought routed through a chat window before it becomes a sentence. Shipping more than ever, and not one idea that was theirs since spring.
They will tell you they are the third type.
The Third Type
Trains a body nobody sees. Reads things with no use. Ships with machines and keeps the judgment human. One hand holds the brush, the other holds the compass, and neither is for show.
Rare, quiet, and very hard to replace. Which is the point.
